Rates: Based on double occupancy before 12.35% lodging tax.

Deposits: The greater of one night's rate or 50% of the total stay, plus tax, is required to hold the reservation.

Cancellations: There will be a handling fee of 10% per room for all cancellations. At least 14 days notice, prior to date of arrival, is required for refund of deposit (less handling fee). Cancellations made with in 14 days of the arrival date will be charged for the full amount of the stay unless the entire reservation is rebooked. Refunds are not given for early departures. Any reservation held for greater than 4 months will forfeit the total deposit if cancelled, no exception.
